So what now?

INTERPRETERS

Our office staff will now read your request and check we have all the details correctly. If we need any extra information we will get in touch with you.

We will then find the interpreter that is best suited for your needs and book him/her.

 

Last, we will send you a confirmation by email, including a job number and all the details

You can edit or cancel this booking free of charge up until the day before the session takes place. Just send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to help you

TRANSLATIONS

Our office staff will now file your document, perform a wordcount, check the format and read any special instructions you have sent us for this task.

We will then find the translator best suited for this request. If you have accepted our standard rates he/she will start on the translation inmediately. If you required a quote we will provide this first and wait for you to accept.

You will receive updates during the process.
